Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Medical Doctor specialized in General Medicine or Internal Medicine to join our team. This position involves caring for patients in both a routine clinic environment and an urgent care setting, offering a diverse and challenging work experience. The ideal candidate will be adept at balancing immediate medical needs with ongoing health management.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat a variety of illnesses and injuries in a clinic and urgent care setting.
• Provide high-quality patient care with an emphasis on disease prevention and health management.
• Perform procedures typical of general and internal medicine practice, including but not limited to IV placements, suturing, and managing infections.
• Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy of documentation.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide guidance and education to patients regarding health management and preventive measures.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities to stay current with the latest medical practices and technologies.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
• Board Certified/Board Eligible in General Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Valid medical license in the state of California or ability to obtain one prior to employment.
• Previous experience in a clinic and urgent care settings is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
